Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. The following cancellation policy applies to our Ha Giang Loop tours.

Refunds

• More than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour date: a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
• Between 48 and 72 hours before the tour: a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Within 48 hours (2 days) of the tour: non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures during the tour are not eligible for a refund.
• If we cancel the tour, for unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers, you receive a full refund.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with any applicable transaction fees deducted. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or interruptions to your plans.

By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
