When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you give us - your name, email address and your message, including any trip details you share. We use these only to reply to you and help plan your trip.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site - which pages are popular, for example - so we can improve it. This is collected in aggregate, may involve cookies, and is not used to identify you personally.
Some pages embed content from other services - our film, for instance, is hosted on YouTube. When you play it, that service may set cookies and collect data about your interaction, exactly as if you had visited it directly. Their own privacy policies apply.
We use your information to respond to enquiries and to run the site. We do not sell it. We only share it with the services that help us operate: our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to us, and the analytics provider described above.
We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to answer you and arrange your trip, then remove them.
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
